Moonlit Canvas Co sells original oil paintings on stretched canvas, created by artist Stephany Summer. Each painting is one of a kind — once sold, it is gone.

Colours may appear slightly different on screen versus in person due to monitor calibration differences and the nature of photographing original paintings. We make every effort to represent each work accurately. If you have questions about a specific piece before purchasing, please contact us.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable US sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required by law.

Payments are processed securely by ThriveCart. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorised. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, in which case a full refund will be issued immediately.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. Full details on packaging, carriers, and estimated delivery times are available on our Shipping page. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions beyond our control.

All artwork sold through Moonlit Canvas Co is the original work of Stephany Summer and is protected by copyright. All rights are reserved.

The purchase of a painting grants you a licence for personal, non-commercial display only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute the artwork in any form
• Use the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission
• Create derivative works based on the artwork
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or signatures

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moonlit Canvas Co and Stephany Summer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
